One of the courses offered in the Emerging Media masters program is called Project Management and Innovation. In this course, we learned techniques for brainstorming and visualizing new media solutions as well as the key components of project management: project integration, project scope and scalability management, project time and cost management, quality management, human resource considerations, communications, risk management, and procurement management.

As part of my coursework, I worked with a group to research an agile project management methodology called Scrum. With the presentation above, I provided an overview and history of the Scrum methodology and ways that organizations can successfully implement it into their workflow.
